Stylish Bowen Hills Apartment Near City Centre

Close to where we needed to be for our event

Maybe that I could hear the sirens at night but other than that it was ok. The kids didn’t wake up

Close to all requirements for our stay

Kitchen had all the things you could possibly need. Pod coffee was good

We accidentally locked our key in the unit. There was no-one at the desk to help, we rang and they told us to call a lock smith, this cost us $415.95. I then received multiple calls harassing me to supply the details of the lock smith despite me giving them the name of the company we used. We stayed at this property for 5 nights, they have harassed me with 9 phone calls and over 15 emails. Then on the last day they contacted me to ask to gain entry to the unit to replace a cable. This seems unbelievable considering they couldn't come unlock it when we needed. I also emailed in advance and asked if there was an iron in the unit. They said no. After lugging one with us I then found two in the unit. Mild yellow staining on one of the doonas. The grout and silicone in the bathrooms was pretty grotty. I would not recommend staying at this property. if you need any help there is no one available.
