不慣れな場所で時間が読めなかったが、柔軟に対応いただき、大変丁寧にご説明頂きました。 物腰柔らかなスタッフの方で、準備して頂いているアメニティも豊富でホテル以上のアメニティではないかと思います！洗濯＆乾燥機も使う事ができ、お陰様で旅の途中で洗濯がスムーズにでき大変ありがたかったです。 大変素敵なお宿を、ありがとうございます！またきます！

とてもきれいなお部屋で設備が整っていて　初めにharumi さんに丁寧に説明して頂いたので困ることなく過ごせました　　 アメニティも思いのほか充実していて　ベットも寝心地が良くてのんびり休むことが出来大満足です 教えていただいたカフェでのモーニングも美味しかったです

24時間掛け流し温泉が入れるのが最高でした！周りはとても静かですが、別府市内でアクセスはとても便利でした。家電や、アメニティ、子連れでしたのでキッズ用品絵本なども全て揃ってるのでとても助かりました！

友人と5人で利用しました。 別府ICを降りてすぐの場所にあり、迷うことはないです。敷地内に駐車場もあります。 まず、とても広いです。リビングもベッドルームもゆったりしていて、5人でも余裕でした。何より感動したのは源泉かけ流しの温泉があることです！とっても贅沢でした！ また、ホストのはるみさんがとても親切で、おすすめの観光スポットや飲食店を丁寧に教えてくれました。翌日は教えてもらった地獄めぐりとうみたまごに行きましたが、どちらも車で10分程度で行けてアクセス抜群でした。 卒業旅行の宿選びで迷っている人には本当におすすめです。私はいつもホテルではなく今回のような一棟貸しの宿を選びますが、今回の宿はとても良かったです！必ずまたここに泊まりにきます！
