It is a new property, so, everything is new, stylish and sparkling clean. Employees were nice about our complaints. Location inside the airport is great.
The hotel being brand new needs to finalize many important details. Our bathroom flooded because the shower was not draining property. The toilet paper holder came off the wall and worst of all the toilet had a very unpleasant smell. They gave me a new room to shower which was nice but the hot water did not work. The closet has one single hanger, which seems meager. Breakfast had some basic pre-packaged items (eggs, fruit, sandwiches) good coffee an drinks. This is my first hotel in Brazil, so, I need to see what other hotels offer but it was a disappointing feature for the price of the room.
