Condo with beach access resort pools & relaxing balcony

Pleasantly surprised at the location -- this condo is only two blocks from the beach and Pompano Joe's! The front door has electronic entry, so we didn't have to pickup keys. The unit was clean and had 2 small bedrooms, 1.5 baths and a separate living room -- the half bath is in the master. The guest room has two single beds and the master has a queen. It's equipped with a washer and dryer, and the kitchen has full-sized appliances (refrigerator, range/oven, dishwasher). So, this unit is perfect for a family of four and good for both short and extended stays. The large patio/deck is also a plus. Note for elderly or disabled: This second-floor unit is accessed only by steep stairs, which may be challenging for guests with mobility restrictions.

The community pool wasn't heated. The water was ice cold when we visited in early March, so it was unbearable to swim in, especially since outdoor temps were in the 60s. Also, the mattress in the master bedroom is cheap and somewhat uncomfortable.
