The room is let out by Gerry, who is on the spot with anything facility related. Great work, Gerry. The pool is great and loves up to the photos. Rom had a kitchenette, so getting food for the room was easy to stock and prepare breakfast. The location makes it super easy to explore, and most tours picked us up at the hotel or just around the corner.
Not the hotels fault, but being accosted for tours right outside the door got old quick. In the room, a couple of power points didn't work (but Gerry got one fixed within 30secs of being notified) and we only had one bowl in the whole kitchen to eat cereal from.

Excellent location, just steps from the beach and 5th Avenue. The staff was very friendly and helpful during our stay. The pool area was also very nice and relaxing.
The room could have been cleaner. There was quite a lot of dust in some areas.

Don Gerardo nos recibió y mostró todas las instalaciones , muy amable .Muy bonito el lugar .
Personal muy amable y nos permitieron llegar antes de tiempo y el Domingo entregamos la habitacion a las 12 , pero nos permitieron quedarnos en las albercas hasta las 18 hrs .
