The house was small but very warm and extremely clean.
The owner charged an additional amount, stating that the rate we initially agreed to pay through the portal was only for one bedroom and that we would need to pay extra if we wanted the entire 2BHK apartment exclusively for ourselves.
However, this is not what was mentioned at the time of booking. The listing clearly stated that the amount being charged was for the entire 2BHK apartment, and there was no indication that the booking amount covered only one bedroom. Therefore, the additional charge was unexpected and contrary to the information provided on the portal at the time of booking.
