Arcade Neon Lights 70 min Banff Local Coffee

Loved the clean, new construction and quirky decor.

Only info provided for entry was a code, no info on entry location. I keyed the code into the first pad I found near the garage without success. I called support and unfortunately the agent was not familiar with the venue. They gave me many codes to try without knowing if I was in the right place. I asked if I should be at a garage and they did not know, we tried the front door without success. I asked if I had the whole house and the agent incorrectly answered yes. The only way I found the correct basement door access was when the homeowner talked to me via doorbell camera and directed me. East solutions: specify basement access on left side of house and make sure agents know the venue layout.
