Exceto problemas com aquecimento em época de frio (ar condicionado e chuveiros) , as instalações físicas são bem confortáveis para essa categoria de hospedagem. Sanados esses problemas nossa experiência poderia ter sido excelente.
A função de aquecimento do ar condicionado não funcionou como também os chuveiros elétricos não operaram com água quente, sendo que não havia no imóvel nenhuma instrução sobre a operação e funcionamento desses equipamentos. O café da manhã, agendado para ser servido no apartamento em horário pré-determinado, acabou não acontecendo, frustrando bastante nossas expectativas. São pontos relevantes de melhoria para que a estada seja excelente.
