Serenity Residence apartment

The apartment was very clean, well equip with Washing Machine, Dish Washer and a large Fridge. The facility is secure with guards at the gate. Valeria was very helpful and welcoming. Host arranged Transfer from the the Airport and she greeted us after a very late arrival. She kept in touch and was always helpful if we needed anything. The location is excellent for shops and a shopping mall within 10 mins walk and the beach is only 15 mins walk with private area. There is also a small shop within the apartment block that sells at very reasonable price. The staff at reception were helpful, especially the lady with short hair.

The Pool is a nice size with warm water but getting a sunbed is extremely difficult as people reserve them with towels early in the morning. We only managed to get spaces during 2 days out of our 2 weeks stay and that was only after a very early start. During the fist 4-5 days, there were electrical issues which meant there were no lights in the hall way for the apartments. Not even emergency lights. We needed to use the light on our phone, even during the day as it was pitch black with no natural light. It felt unsafe in an emergency. It was finally fixed after repeated complaints to reception. Jacuzzi was not available to use due to technical issues.
