Il Villino di Pescia Tuscan Villa with Private Garden

Bellissimo villino su due piani molto grande con giardino, patio arredato, tutto nuovissimo e super accessoriato, in zona tranquilla, otto posti letto e due bagni, vasca idromassaggio, aria condizionata dappertutto, elettrodomestici, TV giganti, wifi veloce, tè caffè biscotti cioccolatini e caramelle in abbondanza, posti auto. Proprietaria molto gentile.

Wir waren als Familie mit 9 Personen unterwegs,das Haus war wirklich sehr groß u.komfortabel. Das Haus liegt in einer ruhiger Umgebung etwas vom Stadtkern entfernt u.trotzdem noch gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Garten war auch ausreichend groß für die Kinder. Tolle große Terrasse/Wintergarten wo wir alle genug Platz hatten. Klimaanlage im Haus war auch sehr hilfreich,da es sehr heiß war. Fliegengitter vor allen Fenstern vorhanden. Toller großer Kühlschrank mit Eiswürfelfunktion. Es hat wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Wir hatten einen super tollen Aufenthalt. Maria,die Vermieterin war immer erreichbar u.hilfsbereit. Auch die Nachbarn waren immer freundlich u.hilfsbereit.

Wonderful house with al the amenities needed. Lots of bonuses in the form of candy for the kids, etc. The host was also super-friendly and helpful

Had to pay tourist tax added on top of the price listed on booking. Should be clearer when you book that this is an added cost, or it should be included in the price.

Struttura meravigliosa, ancora più bella che in foto. La villa é immersa nel silenzio, gli spazi all interno sono ampi e ben distribuiti. Letti comodi, televisori molto belli, condizionatori efficienti, un giardino molto ben tenuto, la casa ha tutto il necessario per staccare la spina e non pensare più a nulla. Plus come le cialde per il caffè, biscotti a disposizione degli ospiti e un graditissimo cadeaux di benvenuto rendono l’esperienza ancora più piacevole. Ultimo ma non ultimo, l’host é gentile, attenta e disponibile per ogni esigenza. In definitiva consigliatissima!!!
