Comfortable West hampstead flat close to Central London

The property is located in a good neighborhood, the apartment is cozy and well furnished, with everything you might need in the kitchen as well as the bathroom. The check in was easy (the keys were in a lockbox) and everything went smoothly.

The place as it is, is not suitable for more than 3 people. The sofa bed itself is very uncomfortable and sleeps only one person, and for the 4th person they had a sunbed… surely it’s not suitable for 5 people as it says in the listing. One thing I suggest is to throw away the sofa bed you already have entirely and buy a new one, bigger and more comfortable, a real sofa bed, because the one you have is horrible. Another thing that bothered us were the trains. My friends who slept in the bedroom complained because of the noise, if you’re a light sleeper consider taking with you some earplugs. Then, there was a mattress on the corridor on the ground floor and because the hallway is already small, it was a bit complicated always dodging that giant thing to get to the stairs. Just one last suggestion, please use some anti-limescale on the shower head

Posizione strategica: L'appartamento si trova nella zona nord-ovest di Londra, un quartiere molto tranquillo, sicuro e ben servito sia dalla metropolitana che dal treno. Nei dintorni ci sono molti negozi e locali per mangiare. Il potenziale della struttura è alto proprio per la sua ubicazione. Comunicazione: Il proprietario è sempre stato reperibile, rispondendo prontamente ai nostri messaggi e mostrandosi disponibile al dialogo.

Spazi e dotazioni: A nostro avviso la casa è piccola, adatta a un massimo di 4 persone e non di 5. Gli arredi sono minimali, alcuni un po' usurati, e la dotazione di stoviglie e asciugamani è piuttosto scarsa. Problemi idraulici: Il sabato notte si è verificato un blocco agli scarichi (water intasato e acqua della doccia che non defluiva). Essendo domenica, il proprietario ci ha spiegato che era difficile trovare un tecnico; di conseguenza abbiamo dovuto risolvere la situazione da sole come potevamo, sbloccando il WC e parzialmente la doccia. È consigliabile una revisione profonda dell'impianto idraulico. In sintesi, il proprietario si è impegnato a livello comunicativo, ma complice il fine settimana non è riuscito a essere risolutivo di persona o con interventi tecnici. L'alloggio ha del potenziale, ma necessita di un po' di manutenzione e di una gestione più attenta per garantire un soggiorno confortevole.
