Republicii Old Town Residence

This apartment is right in old town near the main square, it’s a great location if you want to be central. You must find paid parking, but this was not an issue for us— this is always what you must do if staying directly in the centre of a pedestrian area. We always found parking near City Hall that wasn’t far from the apartment. The apartment was difficult to find the first time but because the host is always extremely responsive, it wasn’t an issue. This apartment was cute, clean and had high ceilings. The bedding was very comfortable and the apartment was well-equipped. The host was very helpful and easy to contact.

The location was amazing, right in the old town on a major walking street. I loved the high ceilings and huge windows with bright sunshine room with the yellow decor. The washing machine worked great. The shower had good water pressure. WiFi worked great for working remote as well.

The host was not very responsive or informative like other booking.com hosts. the entrance to the building is sketchy…off the Main Street but into a little door into a very old building that seems like it’s falling apart or abandoned, very dirty and uneven steps. Yes it’s historic but still. I did not feel safe alone and I didn’t see anyone else living in the building. The shower leaked and it had WAY too many air fresheners and quite dusty. The owner wanted money for city tax which wasn’t outlined in description.

Me gustó todo en general . Tuvimos que irnos del que habíamos reservado por las condiciones pésimas que tenia, y reservamos en este alojamiento a los 10 minutos. La atención del personal súper bien, súper atentos, y todo muy fácil. El apartamento está muy limpio, tiene todo lo necesario para pasar hasta largas estancias, en muy buenas condiciones. La ubicación es excelente ya que està en pleno centro donde tienes todo a mano, tiendas, restaurantes, supermercado… la relación calidad-precio es inmejorable. Si alguna vez vuelvo a Brasov, no dudaré en volver a contar con ellos. Recalco que el personal muy atento en todo momento, están en contacto contigo y se preocupan de que todo vaya bien. Muy muy recomendable.

La única pega que le puedo poner a este alojamiento es el colchón. No era muy cómodo ya que se hundía bastante. Y las cortinas deberían ser un poquito más largas que tapen bien las ventanas, ya que allí amanece muy temprano y la luz te pega de lleno. Pero bueno, son detallitos que no quiero que empañe el resto de la estancia que ha sido súper agradable y cómoda.
