Apartment klcc area

The view from the apartment was outstanding, and the location is perfect. It’s not far from the Twin Towers, and you can easily walk there at night with friends or family—you’ll really enjoy it. Overall, our experience was very good, and it was a comfortable place to stay.

There was a lizard and a few tiny cockroaches spotted in the apartment. There was also a heating issue on the first day, which was resolved the following day. The cleaning service was not up to the mark; during our five-day stay, we only had one proper cleaning. We also had to use the same towels throughout our stay, and no soap was provided. One handwash was available in one washroom, while the other was almost finished. However, new handwash was provided upon request. Overall, I feel the amenities and housekeeping service need some improvement. Despite these issues, our overall stay was comfortable.

Location is central

Even after repeated request a second key to the apartment was not provided which made it hard for the family members to coordinate since the elevator won’t start without the key. It was hard for the parents and kids to follow their independent schedules. Bathrooms were dark since lights were partially working. Maintenance was poor
