La Rana Marina

We had an absolutely wonderful stay in this beautiful apartment and could not have wished for a better place! The apartment itself was spacious, comfortable and perfectly equipped. It truly had everything we could possibly need for a perfect and relaxing stay — we felt at home from the very first moment. The location was fantastic. The beach is literally just around the corner, and the promenade with its many shops, boutiques, restaurants, and cafés is only a short walk away. Everything is conveniently close, while the apartment itself remains a wonderful place to relax. And the balcony was simply marvelous! The view was absolutely breathtaking, and sitting there and enjoying the scenery was one of the highlights of our stay. We could have spent hours there just relaxing and taking in the view. Everything about this apartment was more than perfect — the space, the location, the facilities, and that fantastic balcony. We loved our stay and would absolutely and highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a beautiful, comfortable, and perfectly located place to stay. We would be delighted to come back!

There are only a couple of very minor points that could be improved, and they were absolutely not an issue for us. The sliding doors to the balcony could use a little maintenance, as they were somehow not really able to open and close completly. Also the parking entrance was a few times defect, but we could drive in always, it could not be closed all the time... :) It was always shortly maintained. The AI “hotline support” from the agency’s booking platform also caused me a little stress while we were waiting for the key codes. However, to be fair, we received the codes on time, even though they were only sent a few hours before our arrival, so everything worked out perfectly in the end. These are really just small suggestions for improvement and certainly not critical issues. They did not affect our wonderful stay at all, as I wrote above, we would be delighted to come back!

Lo único que no me gustó fueron los colchones de las camas y la falta de aire acondicionado, entiendo que debido a la frecuencia con la que va la gente no estaría de más comprar unos mejores colchones. Por el bien del descanso de los huéspedes luego uno se levanta con dolor de espalda y cuello a veces.

El apartamento, aunque no está en primera línea, tiene vistas frontales al mar. Está reformado y es cómodo.

La limpieza: nada más entrar, en una esquina a la derecha, se encontraba en un montoncito lo barrido en la estancia anterior. En mi opinión, el menaje y los pomos de la cocina no estaban lo suficientemente limpios. Hay cojines del salón que necesitan un buen lavado. Los ascensores son muy pequeños para una silla de ruedas. A mi me gusta, antes de salir de casa, conocer exactamente el lugar, la calle y el cajetín donde tenemos que recoger las llaves del apartamento. Al ser una empresa la que gestiona el apartamento, con su horario de apertura y de cierre, y no tener dicha información antes comenzar el viaje, me produjo nerviosismo e inseguridad. Estuvimos llamando al teléfono de la propiedad pero fue imposible contactar. También llamó un empleado de Booking y tampoco logró ponerse en contacto. Tres horas antes de la llegada nos enviaron la información completa de la recogida de llaves. Nosotros nos registramos con varios días de antelación.

Explications difficiles à trouver. Pas de climatisation Pas d'indication de wifi. Je découvre le jour de mon départ le code QR sur le frigo ... Accueil manquant de clarté : Une fois les infos viennent par courriel, une autre fois - cruciale, à l'arrivée -, il faut aller les chercher dans l'application ... Pas de prise électrique dans la chambre ! Étagères et sols pas très propres. Pas d'explications sur : . le petit truc pour ouvrir la porte du bâtiment . le petit truc pour ouvrir la porte du salon Pas de sel et poivre, pas un gramme de café, rien ... à part une pastille ... pour le lave-linge, mais il faut le deviner. Pas de lave-vaisselle, mais assez classique en Espagne. Et il y a bien l'étagère avec le traditionnel égouttoir à vaisselle.
