Accoglienza del proprietario e posizione.
Scarsa pulizia degli ambienti, nessun armadio libero da utilizzare per riporre gli abiti. Poca cura degli arredi (un letto dei bambini era completamente traballante, così come alcuni cassetti dei mobili della cucina/sala). Tv (3 in tutta la casa) non funzionanti. Frigo lasciato sporco e con una busta di latte aperta. Pavimenti e scale non pulite. Polvere accumulata dietro i mobili.
