We had an amazing stay at Soeterus and felt right at home. The property resembles the Karoo beauty and hospitality so well. Our hosts were friendly and helpful. We had a lovely time in the warm, cozy communal living and dining area. The bedroom was warm and spacious. Everything we need. The next morning a lovely breakfast was served with good coffee. One night was not enough!

Hospitality was great with friendly hosts. Had a lot of laughs actually, and were really taken good care of. Although the room itself isn't very large, there's a lounge with an indoor braai area, honesty bar, kitchen, as well as some couches, and tables to have dinner. Also the farm is really green with lots of trees and a nice garden. Beds were large (split in 2 separate beds and blankets), but could be longer (I am >1.95 tall)
An ensuite bathroom doesn't offer enough privacy all the time. Also would be nice to have ventilation for the bathroom.

This is such a special bed and breakfast. I really recommend it. The beds are super comfortable and the aircon is amazing. The host is wonderful and she made us the best breakfast ever. For around R50 per night, you can also use their HUGE kitchen to cook your own meals or braai. The lounge area is so comfy.
