KVETNICA apartments by LICITY

Comfortable apartment with everything we needed. There's a kitchenette, comfortable bathroom, rather spacious room and a cosy balcony even with a tree in the embedded flowerbed-box as part of the architecture. Friendly helpful host, free parking, opportunity to bring our little dog with us.

Everything was good

Pekný, čistý apartmán. S vodou nebol žiadny problém ako bolo uvedené v niektorých recenziách. Apartmán nemal klimatizáciu avšak ani sme ju nečakali vzhľadom na to že sa jedná o bytový dom kde jej realizácia by bola komplikovaná. Ubytovanie splnilo očakávanie a dostali sme čo sme očakávali.

Pre nás vyhovujúce. Všetko bolo v poriadku a nič nám nechýbalo.

Sehr schönes Appartment. Alles neu. Sehr netter Kontakt. Problemloses Ein- und Auschecken. Parkplatz kostenlos in der Tiefgarage. Sehr gutes Preis- Leistungsverhältnis. Ich würde es auf jeden Fall wieder buchen.

Leider befinden sich weitere Gebäude auf dem Gelände noch im Rohbau, sodass so etwa ab 6.30 Uhr mit den Bauarbeiten begonnen wurde. Die Gardinen im Wohn- und Schlafzimmer sind zu klein und sollten durch Verdunkelungsvorhänge ersetzt werden. Klimaanlage nur in Wohnzimmer/Küche vorhanden. Es fehlten noch Balkonmöbel, was abends wirklich sehr schade war. In der Dusche fehlt auf jeden Fall noch eine Ablage. Shampoospender in der Dusche sollten die Mini-Seifenstücke ersetzen. All dies hat aber wohl damit zu tun, dass die Anlage neu ist.
