Perfect size for what we needed. Good price.

Parking space was very small with wood pallets or fence pieces stacked up taking half the space. It was difficult to maneuver my vehicle in, I'd hate to think how it would have been if I had an SUV. The gate was a bit frustrating. I could not find an address on the booking and the host would not get back to me. My husband had to hunt for it using the photos and matching them to the street view. Very frustrating and stressful as we were making our way into the city.

Katinka is THE MOST WONDERFUL host! She was communicative prior to my arrival, and met me to show me the lock system and the studio. The shower, the kitchen and the bedroom were just LOVELY (and so clean!) It was nice to be on a main street (I felt safe) and near a nice neighborhood and bike path (I could walk and stay off of the main street) and it was really easy to move between Clearwater Beaches, Tampa and St Pete. It was easy to find and source groceries and the value of the property really couldn't be beat! Stay with Katinka--you'll have a fabulous trip!

The whole property was very neat and a very cozy environment great for sitting at the porch where the couches are at overall it was amazing
