Maasikaso at madaling kausap ang may-ari. May digital key ang apartment kaya hindi mahirap para sa guest na maka-pasok. May malaking refrigerator. Ang laki ng TV. Maganda ang sala. May malapit na public parking kaya convenient para sa mayroong mga sasakyan. Mayroong air condition ang buong apartment. Value for money. Malapit sa Palazzo Fiuggi/Grand Hotel. Appartamento vicino al centro di Fiuggi, caratteristico con vicoletti e palazzi storici. In questo periodo pochi turisti ma spostandosi di pochi chilometri, si trova la Fiuggi con negozi, ristoranti e tanto altro.
Il centro è veramente caratteristico ma sembra abbandonato. È un peccato.

Unico difetto la colazione un po' scarsa un caffè in più e qualcosa da mangiare sarebbe stato il top perché la struttura il posto è il proprietario sono super
