The apartment is located in a recently built building with a spacious underground garage. Everything was spotlessly clean, and I really appreciated the host providing washing machine tabs. The contemporary furniture gives the place a great overall look and feel. We also loved the 'European-style' handheld shower, which we had missed in other accommodations. While you do need to drive to get to the town center, there is a grocery and liquor store conveniently located right across the street.
A few days before check-in, I received an email from the host (which appears to be an agency) requiring a significant credit card guarantee and a lengthy list of potential fines. While I understand the need for clear rules, the tone made me feel more like a criminal suspect than a welcome guest. Fortunately, the apartment itself exceeded our expectations.
