Wonderful and helpful staff & good location!

The staff are so nice, we were welcomed with a bbq for a national holiday, and they are very kind

There is no elevator, all shared rooms are on the 3 floor and above. There is one bathroom per room, which is for 4 to 6 people, and is one of these bathrooms where the shower is next to the toilet so everything gets wet after someone showers, very uncomfortable. There is one extra bathroom available outside the rooms, but it's only the toilet and shower, no place to wash your hands. The common areas are 2, one where the breakfast takes place, and the lobby, none of these have AC. On the other hand, the room was freezing and there was no way to adjust the AC, my friend got sick because of it. Lastly, to our luck, we had one male guest in our shared room that complained about having the lights on and making noise at 10am, along with other things, but this was just bad luck, not the hostel fault.
