Beautiful new NDK Main street apartment

Excellent value for money. The location is fantastic, just a short walk from Vitosha Boulevard and NDK, with plenty of cafés, restaurants, shops, and public transport nearby. The apartment was clean, tidy, and had everything I needed for a short stay. The check-in process was smooth, and when I unexpectedly had to extend my stay by one more night, it was arranged without any issues. Overall, despite a few maintenance problems, I enjoyed my stay and would consider staying here again because of the great location and value.

The washing machine door was broken and had to be opened by a staff member. The shower door did not close properly, so water would splash onto the floor. The apartment also had a serious fly problem. Flies were coming in not only through the window, which had no mosquito screen, but also through the ventilation. I had to kill around 15–20 flies every day.

Très joli studio bien agencé, l’appartement était propre tout était a disposition. Uniquement la porte de douche que l’on arrivait pas à fermer complètement mais cela n’a en rien gêné pendant le séjour. Propriétaire a l’écoute pour répondre aux questions. Je recommande ce logement.
