Please don’t book this hotel online without seeing it in person first. The photos shown online and the actual condition of the hotel are completely different. There were too many issues, and the overall experience was extremely disappointing. One positive: - ✅ Hot water was available Major problems: - ❌ Very dirty rooms — this was the biggest issue. - 🐀 A rat suddenly came out inside the room, which was completely unacceptable. - ❌ No professionalism from the hotel staff. - ❌ Very dirty and unhygienic beds. I was not even sure whether the bedsheets had been changed. - ❌ Very bad smell in the room. - ❌ The bathroom was also very dirty and poorly maintained. - ❌ No basic dental kit or towels provided. - ❌ Overall cleanliness and hygiene were far below expectations. - ❌ Online photos do not match reality at all. The actual hotel and rooms looked very different from what was shown online. Honestly, based on my experience, it is difficult to consider this a 3-star or even a proper 2-star hotel. My biggest advice: DON’T JUST BOOK THIS HOTEL ONLINE based on the photos. Check the actual room and hotel condition first, otherwise you may end up being extremely disappointed.
