The male receptionist person was very accomodating and explained the needed information clearly. He also assisted me to get the taxi cab and give the needed instructions in the language the driver understands. Others will just call the taxi cab and leave the rest between the two parties. He also accepted my delayed attendance and accepted the reason being delay in the road traffic, some may cancel straightaway.
There’s nothing I could think of. He has done a good job for me. He is an asset to your company. Keep him and an added help would be learning a second most spoken language.

Me gustó todo, el tamaño de la habitación y cuarto de baño. Solo pasé una noche. La cama era muy cómoda. Enfrente del hotel había varios restaurantes para comer. En recepción no tuvimos problemas con el idioma. Una recepcionista nos habló en inglés. Pagamos la habitación con Alipay. Muy contenta con este hotel.
