Nagyon csendes volt. Sevillából autóval nagyon könnyen megközelíthető és Cordobához is jó kiindulás. Mindig volt ingyenes parkolóhely az utcában. Tágas, kényelmes a lakás. Jók voltak az érkezési-lakás elhagyási leírások, könnyű volt a be- és kijutás, nem kellett senkihez alkalmazkodni.
A legfontosabb, ha valaki gyerekkel megy, akkor nagyon kell vigyázni, hogy be legyen zárva a nagy hálószoba ablaka, mert nincs előtte erkély. Nálunk gond volt a kis hálószoba és a fürdő ajtajával ( beragadt) a szobát nem is mertük zárni. Nem volt tiszta ( főleg a szekrények) és nem volt túlságosan jól felszerelve a lakás, minimál alatti. Mi kértünk pár dolgot ( bögrét, edényt...) azt gyorsan hozták. Meg mi is hagytunk ott mosószert stb.
