The upper floor has a living room with modern and comfortable furniture and a fully-equipped kitchen with very modern kitchen appliances. The continuous panoramic window front is a special feature. The living room opens onto the 15m² roof terrace. The lower floor has a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower, a bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200cm), and a childrens room with a bed (140 x 200cm).
