Convenient for railway station: 10 minutes walk or 3 mins on the free town centre 'navette' (shuttle bus).
Fairly cheap.
Quiet (windows recently double glazed).
Nice fluffy towels.
Only thin covers on bed (no spare blankets in room).
No shower curtain.
No breakfast available.
The overall feeling that the need for maintenance/modernisation was always outpacing the owner.
