Maison spacieuse, la cour à l'ombre le matin est un vrai avantage quand il fait chaud l'été. Machine à laver et lave-vaisselle avec lessive et pastilles fournies, très pratique. Choix varié de boissons chaudes pour le petit déjeuner. Propriétaire très réactif. Piscine à ciel ouvert et bons restaurants à proximité (Le Kashimir, Il brigante), chemins de randonnée bien balisés.
Voici des détails à améliorer pour être au top du top (déjà très bien). La véranda était trop chaude en pleine canicule, peut-être l'installation de rideaux pourrait aider. Idem pour la fenêtre des WC et la lucarne de l'entrée qui laissent passer la lumière et donc la chaleur. Des blocs portes pour les portes et les fenêtres seraient aussi très utiles pour aérer la nuit en laissant portes et fenêtres ouvertes quand il y a du vent.
