The property is a lot bigger than is shown on the photos and has everything you need: oven, large fridge and freezer; amazing shower, hairdryer, nice outdoor area and garden with BBQ, garden chairs, etc.
The location is just off the main road which was very convenient for us as we were visiting the hospital in Marmande regularly so easy access to Marmande was great. The Carrefour is just 500 meters away!
Two things:
- it was a bit difficult to heat the property (seemed like the main switch for the radiators was not working). Not an issue in summer but in spring, when it still a bit cold, we just put a jumper on and a blanket over ourselves which worked fine
- it would be great (especially if you were visiting with friends (and not family) if one could lock the bathroom and toilet door 😊
