The house was spacious, well equipped, clean and tidy. Water pressure was great and beds were comfortable. Plenty of crockery, cutlery and cooking equipment. Dishwasher. Large Tv with a comfortable couch. Walk to town 5 min. Tess messaged us regularly to ensure we were comfortable.
Nothing requires changing.

We loved our time at this property and felt right at home the minute we walked in! The perfect coastal haven in a great, peaceful location. We had everything we needed for a great short break by the beach.

Tess was great to deal with, she let us know by text as soon as place was ready so we were able to check in early. This lovely mud brick house has so much character from its eclectic furniture to beautiful modern bathroom, it has everything you need for a short or long stay. We loved the outdoor area where we could just sit and chill and the beach was less than a 10 minute walk, pity we only had a 2 nights in Mallacoota.
