The place was clean and comfortable. The internet was good, and the location was convenient. There were no cockroaches or major insect problems. I only saw one or two small fruit flies, but it wasn’t really an issue.

I’m personally not a fan of sofas or cloth furniture because they can collect dust and are harder to clean. This is just my personal preference and not a comment on the cleanliness of the place. There were no weird or unpleasant smells.

What We Liked * The room was clean and comfortable for 2 guests. * It includes basic appliances such as a rice cooker, oven toaster, and electric kettle, which are useful for simple needs. * The location and overall stay were pleasant. * If you’re staying for just one day, this room is perfectly fine.

Areas for Improvement * The room is best suited for only 2 guests due to the limited space. * If you’re staying for just one day, this room is perfectly fine. However, for stays longer than a day, it would be much more practical if the room had at least a cabinet or wardrobe for storing clothes, as well as a broom and dustpan to help guests keep the room tidy during their stay. * There are limited cooking appliances, so it’s not ideal if you plan to cook meals during your stay. * It would be great if the room also included an iron and at least some complimentary toiletries, as these small additions would make the stay much more convenient. * A thicker blanket would make a big difference, especially since it gets quite cold at night. Even an affordable but thicker blanket would greatly improve guest comfort. * The bidet on toilet had an unpleasant odor, similar to a “KANAL” which affected our overall experience. I hope this can be checked and resolved. * I’ve stayed in several units at Avida before, and this one felt different from my previous experiences. Considering the price, I expected more basic amenities and a higher level of comfort. If these are the only amenities being offered, I would honestly consider booking a motel instead, as it would provide similar accommodations at a lower price.
