Renovated Apartment in Soho by Pineapple Homes

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Das Apartment war sauber, geräumig, ruhig und bestens ausgestattet. Es verfügt über ein gemütliches Wohnzimmer und zwei Schlafzimmer – ideal zum Entspannen.Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet. Es gab eine Waschmaschine,Kaffeemaschine sowie Geschirrspüler. Tabs waren auch vorhanden. Die Lage ist hervorragend: Die Altstadt, viele Sehenswürdigkeiten, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Auch der Strand und der Hafen liegen ganz in der Nähe. Der Besitzer, Alberto, war sehr freundlich und jederzeit über WhatsApp erreichbar. Besonders angenehm war, dass wir sogar schon früher als geplant ins Apartment einchecken konnten. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und würden das Apartment jederzeit wieder buchen. We liked everything about the apartment. The kitchen was fully equiped, there was a dish washing machine, clothes washine machine, iron, coffee machine and everything you might need to fully prepare a meal. The flat is on the 3rd floor, but there is an elevator. The living room gets noisy from outside, but the bedrooms are on the other side so it's quiet and great for sleeping. The location is perfect, there are a lot of great coffee places, bakery and restaurants around, and we even walked to the Malaqueta beach from the flat, it was around 15-20minutes. There are a/c in the bedrooms, but we didnt need to turn it on during our stay. The beds were big, one can be used by 2 people, and the other by 1adult or maybe 2children. There are small closets with hangers in both rooms. The shower and the toilet were separate, which we also liked, and were clean and nice to use.

It didnt bother us that much, but the toilet room was very small, so if you are on the bigger side you need to take this into consideration. Also if you leave food on the kitchen table, ants might gather, but we kept the space clean so we didnt have a problem with that. The windows from the bedrooms lead to wall.

The apartment is spacious, clean and in a great location. The bed I slept in was really comfortable and, although the property is in a busy area, the bedrooms are on the other side so any street noise doesn’t carry through. Alberto was in contact prior to my visit and even came round within minutes when I had a query regarding the door lock. The location couldn’t be better; away from the city centre bars, yet a short walking distance from these of it’s a priority for others. It’s also less than 5mins walk to the marina area (lovely for an evening stroll), near to the market and less than 5mins to a range of eateries - including, restaurants, cafes, gelato places and so on. All great for the solo traveller but also anyone who wants to be based in a safe area where key venues and landmarks are within walking distance.
