The full English breakfast was awesome! Very fresh as it was prepared whilst waiting … Jessica the ever cheerful hostess was prompt to fix the quad bikes, our major highlight, that were not working. The friendly culture instilled into the staff could be “smelt” everywhere you go! I highly recommend Pakanaka Lodge!

Beautiful natural setting with abundant birdlife and a relaxing atmosphere. The rooms were comfortable, and the resort has great potential as a peaceful escape for families and nature lovers.
The resort did not fully deliver the peaceful nature retreat it advertises. Noise from other guests continued late into the evening, and daytime music from the braai area detracted from the tranquil atmosphere. Service was friendly but inconsistent, with occasional lapses in housekeeping, room amenities, and restaurant communication. A few improvements to guest services and stronger preservation of the quiet environment would make a significant difference.
