2BR luxury Apartment in Mount Lavinia - Benetia Stay

I had a very comfortable stay at this 2-bedroom luxury apartment. The apartment was neat, tidy, and well maintained, with fresh linens and all the essential amenities provided. The Wi-Fi was excellent — very fast and reliable throughout my stay. The host was responsive and available whenever needed, which made everything easy as a foreign traveler. The location was another highlight: very close to the beach, yet situated in a quiet 7-floor apartment complex, so it was peaceful and relaxing. Overall, a great place to stay — comfortable, convenient, and exactly as described. I would definitely recommend it to other travelers.

The apartment itself is beautiful and looks brand new. It was very clean and well furnished. The space is comfortable and modern, and we really liked the overall design of the apartment. The internet worked well, and having access to Netflix and YouTube was a nice bonus. The location was also good and felt safe, with no noise or disturbance from neighbors. Communication with the host was also smooth and there were no issues contacting them when needed. Overall, it is a very nice place to stay and the apartment itself is excellent.

Although the apartment is beautiful and new, it felt like it was opened for guests before being fully prepared for longer stays. The listing mentioned that light cooking was allowed, but there were almost no kitchen utensils available. Some basic items were also missing when we arrived, such as blankets, a bathroom bin, extra towels, extra sheets, and cleaning supplies. There were also ants in some areas of the apartment. For guests staying several days, basic items such as a broom, mop, cleaning products, and mosquito repellent would be very helpful. Some of these things had to be requested after arrival, which can be inconvenient for guests. The washing machine was also installed a couple of days after we checked in. Considering the nightly price, it would also be nice to provide small toiletries such as shampoo and body wash. The apartment itself is great, but adding these basic amenities would make the stay much more comfortable for guests.
