Banheiro recém reformado novinho, mas precisando de uns suportes para pendurar roupas e/ou toalhas. Cozinha equipada, máquina de lavar, Self check-in facilitado. Valor do aluguel bem abaixo da média.
Precisando de algumas pequenas reformas, umas das camas de casal afundando nas bordas, sofá afundado em uma metade, poeira no ventilador, prédio recém pintado com cheiro forte de tinta mesmo dentro do ap. Nada que impeça da estadia pagando por um valor bem em conta sem exigir muito dos detalhes mencionados.
