Restaurant was closed
Once the room is booked through booking.com or any other hotel booking app they should keep the room or they should ask for one day room booking charges in advance so that they do not keep calling and asking for part payment through GPay.

My stay at Hotel Shahenshah was quite pleasant overall. I had booked the room for one night during my travel through Prayagraj. The hotel is easy to locate and the Civil Lines area is quite lively. The reception staff was courteous and guided me properly during check-in. The room was simple but clean and comfortable. I noticed that the housekeeping staff keeps the place well maintained. The bed was comfortable and I was able to rest well after a long journey. The hotel atmosphere was calm which I appreciated. Service was prompt whenever I requested something. Considering the location and comfort, the stay was worth it.
