Park Hotel 2BR Suite 406

The location was excellent for walkability in downtown Chattanooga area. Easy access to restaurants and local Breweries for tastings. Host was responsive when we needed help accessing the property for the 4 different keypads required as we had to walk up 4 flights of stairs vs. use elevator due to construction in progress in the building. One keypad to enter from street. One keypad to enter stairwell when in building. One keypad to enter 4th floor hallway when at top of 4 flights of stairs. One keypad for entering the apartment. Lots of security :) Repeat the 4 every time you enter the building when elevator is out!

Climbing 4 flights of stairs with luggage. No regular black coffee available only a vanilla flavored pod (someone probably would have liked it, not me.) I prefer just black coffee. There was limited breakfast available for a quick starter for the day in the apartment. Two fig newtons that were available for a quick breakfast and we arrived late in the day with no time for going out shopping for breakfast food. There is no parking at the property. You have to park at a public parking deck close by. Worked fine for us over the weekend but looked really busy on Monday morning when we were leaving. You have to pay to park unless you arrive late and leave early in the morning in the public lot.
