พื้นห้องไม่ค่อยสะอาด มีฝุ่นหมกไว้หลังเตียง ห้องน้ำ 1 ห้องไม่มีฝักบัว อีก1ห้องน้ำเปียกบริเวณโถส้วมตลอดวัน แต่พท.อาบน้ำกลับแห้ง ผ้าห่มมีรอยขาด และมีสีเปื้อนติด residence อยุู่ตรงข้ามห้องเช่า
