Location was great. You could walk to many locations nearby. Had great working wifi, big tv, fridge and cooking amenities, comfortable rooms and very secure with multiple locked doors.
There was no one to contact for more towels, toilet paper or water. The hotel elevator was also down, not for maintenance but just because the construction needed it instead of customers. Which was inconvenient seen as park hotel has 9 floors.

Everything about it. If you like a truly boutique experience. Very nostalgic, and modern while using quality furnishings, and comfort all wrapped in a lot of character and a unique experience for downtown Chattanooga TN. Will definitely be back, maybe for a long time! 👌
Nothing was out of order in anyway. Enjoyed it through, and through
