Loved the layout and facilities; it’s a way up from the coast but there is everything you need; the weather wasn’t great during our short stay in October but the bar/pool/gym/spa made up for it. Lovely staff and an amazing massage.
There is a hidden kerb as you go to park in front of reception: we didn’t realise, approached at an angle and screwed the rim of our hire car; it really needs chevrons to make the kerb visible.

Only stayed for one night whilst passing through, but the pool looked area looked very nice & the reception staff were outstanding, at tte Kate checking the reception went to tge kitchen and prepared a light snack.

Very comfortable beds, breakfast had a nice variety and good quality.
It feels unfinished, there is a lot of potential but it lacks character and many things were 90% done. Staff took tooo long to do simple things - 15mins for a cappucino at breakfast, 40 mins for a room service dessert.
