    We love the location but the staff should be trained how to give a good customer service , they don't have pleasing personally for the guest because they are not friendly to the guest, they never smile and they are sarcastic to the guest, we feel we are nit welcome . The food is not ready on breakfast at 7 am but they informed us we can start at 7. I ask why the staff told me it's not her fault and I should talk to the manager. They served the bread with their bare hand. So frustrated to their service and we paid so expensive. We regret to choose this super 8 golden busy that i will not recommend to my friends.

    The staff never smile while helping us to check in and she is so sarcastic the way she talk to us. They told us the breakfast will be served at 7 am but the food is not ready and when I ask the staff she answer so unfriendly. They touch the food specially the bread with their bare hand proper sanitation can't be seen. We feel we are not welcome in this place. Not recommended to my friends for they will feel the same.. we regret to choose this super 8 golden BC.

    Lots of bad bugs and insects found during the stay. I would never stay this kind of hotel. Even hot tub is mentioned on advertisment. But, when I asked staff, staff mentioned it's out of water. From the Google review you can see it's closed from last 2 months.
