Gostei do apartamento como um todo. Muito prático e o prédio muito seguro. O Studio é bem completo com itens de cozinha etc. Um chuveiro maravilhoso também.
Acredito que um ar condicionado melhoraria ainda mais a acomodação. Também senti falta de algum pano para limpeza básica da cozinha. Não achei o lixo do prédio, isso dificultou muito o descarte.

Da localização do prédio e por ser primeira locação estava tudo limpo e novo
O fogão não funciona e não consegui resposta de ninguém para me ajudar ; a TV não ligou porque o controle remoto não tem pilha
