Our stay at Comfy Apartment Milano Ghisolfa was a great choice for our visit to Milan. The apartment was exactly as described and met our expectations. It was conveniently located, with shops and other essential services nearby, as well as easy access to the tram, which made getting to the city centre quick and convenient. The apartment was well equipped, clean, and comfortable, providing everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. We would happily recommend it to anyone visiting Milan.

Unfortunately, there were a couple of aspects that affected our overall experience. The bathroom taps appeared to be poorly installed, causing water to splash everywhere whenever they were used. While this is something that could be easily fixed, it was inconvenient during our stay. The biggest disappointment, however, was the check-in experience. The person who welcomed us arrived significantly later than the agreed time, which was particularly frustrating after a long day of travelling. In addition, we were given very little information about the apartment, with no explanation of how the facilities or appliances worked. A more professional and organised check-in would have made a big difference.

The property was nice, it was clean and had enough space for two people. It had a nice bathroom and was in a decent location.

The check in experience was a bit stressful. There was some confusion on timing and meeting expectations coming from the airport via train and getting to the location. There was also an issue with the air conditioner and a missing remote which was not resolved during our 4 day stay.
