This was a beautiful ground floor apartment right next to the pool. It exceptionally clean and well present with everything need of a comfortable stay. It had a patio area outside that was a real sun trap in the afternoon. It was located at the quieter end of Puerto Carmen where there is good variety of value and high end restaurants.
Whilst not an issue for me the payment is located at the top of a reasonable long and steep hill. Might not suit someone with limited mobility. It was easy to park outside the apartment in low season but I imagine at peak it would be more difficult. If visiting during the winter months it would pay to remember there is not heating and bring appropriate clothing.
