This place was a wonderful hidden gem for our group. We stayed here while visiting the Colorado Renaissance festival up in Larkspur, and it couldn't have been more convenient. Only a 15 minute drive to the festival, 10 minutes from groceries and gas, and there were quite a few local restaurants, not only mentioned in the welcome packet, but also by doing a quick search on google.
The house was exactly as described. Check in was smooth and easy. Gerremy, our host was incredibly responsive with any questions we had (response time was typically within 5-15 minutes in the app). Everything was described in detail in the welcome packet that was sent over, which made our stay so easy.
This place had everything we needed for our group of 4. Plenty of space, a well appointed kitchen, hot tub (which was a life saver with the amount of walking we did at the festival), plus so much more.
I will definitely be saving this location for future adventures to the area!

Awesome place, so many amenities on site (hot tub, sauna, firepit, games room, cornhole). Very nice and roomy place. So much character and accomodating. Host was very friendly and reponsive to the many questions pre trip as well as during our stay. Wouldnt hesitate to stay here again.

The cottage was clean & well appointed. It was just perfectly centrally located for the two things we had planned which were the Royal Gorge train ride and a concert at Red Rocks Amphitheater.
