The Space:

The house offers two levels, each providing stunning water views. The kitchen and both bathrooms have been recently renovated. While the bedrooms are cozy, they feature comfortable beds to ensure a restful night's sleep. An office space is available on the main floor, complete with a curved monitor for your convenience.



Guest Access:

Guests can access the house through a key code lock on the front door.

Nestled in the charming community of Severna Park, our riverside retreat offers a peaceful escape with convenient access to local amenities. A short drive will take you to a variety of dining options, from casual eateries to more upscale restaurants. Explore local shops and boutiques for unique finds. The area is known for its friendly atmosphere and beautiful waterfront views. Enjoy leisurely strolls, cycling, or kayaking on the Severn River, right from your doorstep. The neighborhood provides a perfect blend of relaxation and accessibility.



Getting Around:

Getting around is easy! Free parking is available both on the premises and on the street. For those arriving by air, Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport (BWI) is approximately a 30-minute drive away. While public transportation options are limited in Severna Park, ride-sharing services are readily available for convenient travel to nearby attractions and hubs. Consider using a car or ride-sharing for the most efficient travel to and from the property.



Other Things to Note:

Please note: Our home is a short walk from the community beach, where you can access and launch one of our three kayaks. You can also fish or crab from the dock. The community beach area features tables, grills, and a playset for children.
