On the second level, you'll discover a generous king primary suite, boasting cathedral ceilings and an abundance of closet space, creating a serene retreat. A delightful guest bedroom with a queen bed completes this level, featuring access to a private rooftop terrace that overlooks the inviting pool, perfect for unwinding at sunset or enjoying morning coffee in solitude. Both rooms share a full bathroom with a shower. A powder room resides on the first level. The poolside cabana offers additional sleeping arrangements on the full sofa sleeper, a mini fridge, sink and microwave.
OUTDOOR LIVING…
Step outside to discover a relaxing pool area, complete with an air-conditioned poolside guest cabana and an outdoor shower. This versatile space features a wet bar and a cozy seating area that easily transforms into a pull-out sofa bed, ideal for hosting visiting friends and family or enjoying a peaceful afternoon by the pool, which comes heated during the cooler months.

There is off street parking available for 1 vehicle.
PETS...
Pets are allowed up to 45 pounds, and a pet fee is required. Please check the box that a pet is coming in the guest count and include the size and breed when inquiring.
CANCELLATION...
Bookings canceled at least 90 days before the start of stay will receive a 100% refund.
Cancellations inside of 90 days may receive a refund if we are able to re-rent any or all of the dates of the stay. The refund amount is dependent upon the rate of the new reservation. For multi-month reservations for January through March, a refund will only be offered in the event we are able to re-rent. The refund amount is dependent upon the rate of the new reservation(s).
