About this apartment rental
The studio is located in a townhouse, in the center of Cuers, opposite a large free and guarded public parking lot (cameras). Quick and easy access!PGJyPg�PGJyPgIt opens onto a small balcony with access to the garden, very quiet, pleasant view.
Practical, comfortable, pleasant and affordable (45€/night, degressive)
Ideal for business trips and tourist stays.
The studio consists of an entrance with storage, a large living room with modern kitchenette, a small sofa, a large bed in 160cm, television and wifi. Mosquito net on the windows.
From the balcony you go down the stairs to access a small city garden. Quiet and out of sight. (garden shared with my mother who uses it very little)
The studio was completely refurbished in 2021.
Linen is provided, the bed is made, the kitchen basics are always on site (salt, pepper, oil, coffee, tea, sugar, washing-up liquid, sponge...)
Very practical and functional accommodation.
kitechenette: hob, extractor, refrigerator, microwave/grill oven. kettle, Senseo coffee maker...
Shops and restaurants within walking distance.
On the 2nd floor of the house, a common room with books, games, ironing board and iron, freezer, vacuum cleaner, and a small emergency grocery store.
Cuers is 20 km from Toulon and Hyeres. The beaches of Hyères are accessible in 20/25 minutes. Saint Tropez: 1 hour, Cannes 1 hour 10 minutes ...
Green Provence is a few kilometres away; Cotignac, Sillans the waterfall... and the Verdon at 1h/ 1h30.
