Tucked away on a quiet street, this beautiful, genuine 3 bedroom bach is all about relaxed beach living. This is the front house on a full site and shaded by magnificent old pōhutukawa trees, it has a timeless coastal feel that’s becoming harder to find.
Just a two-minute stroll to the beach, the bach is full of classic beach character—simple, comfortable, and inviting. It’s the perfect place to slow down, unwind, and enjoy everything Whangamatā has to offer.

The space
This genuine Whangamatā bach offers relaxed, classic beach living in a peaceful setting. The front house which is available for the rental features three comfortable bedrooms.
The kitchen is well resourced and equipped with everything you need for an easy, 1 king bed and 2 queen beds plus a fold out sofa. Guests are asked to supply their own linen, and a cleaning fee applies to ensure the home is left ready for the next visitors. The wardrobes are not Accessable for guests.
A spa pool is located on the property for your enjoyment. For safety, the lid must be locked at all times when the spa is not in use, and children must be supervised at all times while using the spa.
A laid-back, character-filled bach—perfect for enjoying Whangamatā at your own pace.
Guest access
The rental is for the front house and front section of the property. There is a sleepout and garage to the back. The sleepout and garage remain the property of the owners. There is also a Boat in the driveway that is the property of the owners. Wardrobes are to remain closed. The rest of the house is for full enjoyment.
