We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was clean and had easy access to the beach. It’s also relatively close to Daytona and all of the racing activities. The restaurants and grocery store options in New Smyrna were very good.
Even though the property has two showers, due to the lack of water pressure/tankless heater, we could only use one shower at a time.
The first floor garage is the primary entrance to the building. Unfortunately, the garage gate closes at 5p; hence, the only way to get into the building is via a set of steep stairs. This was not disclosed in the property description and we were not provided a garage opener to be able to gain access after 5p.
Last thing, I would highly recommend adding a hair dryer to the unit. Hair dryers are standard features for every other VRBO that we stayed at.

Stayed here as a rider at Daytona MotoAmerica and my crew. Super clean, the 3 bedrooms was perfect, and super easy check in and check out process. Would definitely stay again!
